She was honest and upfront with information and very committed to getting us into a home that was right for us. She was reliable and in communication frequently with updates when necessary. Her knowledge and experience allowed us opportunities to bounce ideas off of her (in terms of areas we liked, features we were looking for in a home, etc). Our experience with her was positive and we will DEFINITELY use her again.
She was always available, even on weekends and did whatever she possibly could to not only keep me informed throughout every step of the process, but did whatever she could to get my short-sale completed.
